Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
Promote company products to doctors, hospitals, distributors, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions.
Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback studies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Brand Management.Coordinate product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, and medical conferences.
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, product literature, and digital content.
Coordinate with distributors and regional sales teams for business growth.
Assist in achieving company sales targets and revenue goals.
Manage digital marketing activities including social media, website promotion, and online campaigns.
Develop corporate presentations and promotional content.
Enhance company visibility through online and offline marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with production, regulatory, and management teams for product planning and launches.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical industry guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, marketing tools, and digital marketing platforms.
