The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in full-stack development, AI technologies (LLMs/GenAI/Vision AI), and modern software engineering practices to design and develop scalable, intuitive, and high-performance tools. The focus will be on creating intelligent, user-centric solutions that enhance automation, improve data conversion accuracy, and support operational efficiency and decision-making.

Design and build end-to-end applications (backend + frontend) from problem statement to deployment.

Develop AI-enabled solutions leveraging LLMs, Vision AI, and GenAI.

Build scalable backends using Python and modern data architectures.

Develop intuitive UIs using React for better user experience.

Design and implement APIs (REST) and work with tools like Postman & Swagger.

Work with MongoDB / NoSQL databases for flexible data handling.

Automate workflows and improve efficiency in conversion and validation processes.

Collaborate with teams to translate use cases into technical solutions.

Focus on problem-solving, system design, and innovation, not just coding.

Strong programming skills in Python

3–5 years of experience in modern full-stack web application development

Hands-on experience in React (Frontend Development)

Working knowledge of MongoDB / NoSQL databases

Experience with API development, Postman, Swagger
