The Business Development Associate is responsible for generating new business and increasing the customer base for the multi-state cooperative society. The role includes promoting products like FD, RD, and savings accounts, identifying potential customers, and converting leads into business. They must build and maintain good relationships with clients, achieve sales targets, and support branch growth. The Business Development Associate also assists in marketing activities, field visits, and follow-ups with customers. Good communication skills, a target-oriented approach, and experience in sales or banking are preferred for this role.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
