You will have all the technical support at your disposal to serve our users in the best fashion. And yes, some beers from Bangalore’s finest microbreweries to top it up!
This isn’t a pure CSM role where you pick calls, answer and be done with it. There’s more on offer.
What you'll do:
- Handle customer issues, train users, on-board new accounts.
- Keeping product documentation up to date
- Use product regularly, test and file bugs with engineering team
- Identify usability issues
- Prioritise and pass on feature requests from customers to engineering - you are the bridge
- Ensure product is used by clients the right way to achieve desired results.
- Prepare analytical reports and derive insights.
- Meet/talk to customers periodically, review and collate product feedback.
Skills and qualifications:
- Good analytical and math skills, proficient in Excel.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Be a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
- Ability to stretch beyond official call of duty and do what it takes to thrill customers.
- 1-year experience in SaaS products, preferably in restaurant tech (not mandatory).
- You love interacting with customers.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience.
