We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Campaign Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, campaign performance tracking, audience targeting, and lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals and ROI targets.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Create and manage ad copies, creatives, and landing page requirements.
- Track campaign metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, CPL, CPC, and ROAS.
- Generate leads through paid marketing channels and nurture campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign success.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure optimal utilization of marketing spend.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of PPC, paid social, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Experience in campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
