Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Resolve customer queries and objections professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through phone conversations.
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, graduate degree, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
