Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, along with strong knowledge of job portals such as Indeed and other recruitment platforms. The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions.
- Create and manage job postings on job portals, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through Indeed, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Assist in onboarding activities whenever required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, especially Indeed.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
