Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, staff reporting, and HR administration activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the complete recruitment cycle while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and workforce availability.
- Prepare and submit daily staff reports and workforce updates to management.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, HR MIS reports, and employee databases.
- Assist in payroll processing by ensuring attendance and leave records are accurate.
- Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Manage administrative tasks, office coordination, and petty cash records when required.
- Address employee queries and facilitate smooth communication between employees and management.

- Basic understanding of payroll processes and labor compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, and Administration.
