Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Associate to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, Point of Sale (POS) management, tender documentation, record maintenance, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Assist in managing and reconciling POS transactions.
- Prepare, organize, and submit tender documents and related paperwork.
- Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping activities.
- Support invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and account statements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial and administrative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounts team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounts, administration, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of tender filing and documentation processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

- Data entry and record management.

- Basic GST/invoice handling knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
