Psychology Teacher Requirement for Grade 11 and 12 (AS Level and IB)
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Psychology Teacher for our AS Level and IB Programme (DP Level).
Position: Psychology Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach IB Psychology (SL & HL) as per IB curriculum guidelines.
- Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with IB standards.
- Prepare students for Internal Assessments (IA) and External Examinations.
- Guide students in research methodology and psychological investigations.
- Foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and ethical understanding.
- Participate in curriculum planning, staff meetings, and school events.
- Maintain accurate academic records and provide regular feedback to parents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s Degree in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc. Psychology).
- B.Ed. (preferred).
- IB training or prior experience teaching IB Psychology (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience (IB experience will be an advantage).
- Strong understanding of research methods and statistical concepts.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Skills Required:
- Familiarity with IB assessment criteria and moderation process.
- Ability to mentor students for Extended Essay (Psychology).
- Strong ICT skills and ability to integrate technology in teaching.
- Collaborative and professional attitude.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
