Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons for Kindergarten students.
- Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Develop children's language, numeracy, social, emotional, and motor skills through creative learning experiences.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking.
- Monitor each child's progress and maintain appropriate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development.
- Organize classroom activities, celebrations, and learning events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and actively participate in school programs and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, D.T.Ed., B.Ed., or an equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Freshers with a passion for teaching young children are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Kindergarten or Primary teaching is an added advantage.
