Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise grade ServiceNow solutions. The role requires deep expertise in ITOM (Event Management), AI driven capabilities such as Now Assist and AI Control Tower (AICT), and overall platform governance.
The ideal candidate will drive end to end architecture strategy, ensure scalability, integrate AI powered automation, and align ServiceNow implementations with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & Platform Strategy
. Define and own the ServiceNow architecture roadmap.
. Design scalable, secure, and high performing solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and AI modules.
. Establish design principles, governance frameworks, and best practices.
. Lead platform modernization with AI first and automation centric approaches.
2. ITOM & Event Management
. Architect and implement ServiceNow Event Management solutions.
. Configure event correlation, alert aggregation, and noise reduction strategies.
. Integrate monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics) with ServiceNow.
. Enable AIOps driven event intelligence and predictive alerting.
. Optimize CMDB and service mapping to improve event accuracy and root cause analysis.
3. AI Capabilities (Now Assist, AICT, AIOps)
. Design and implement Now Assist (Generative AI) use cases: Incident summarization and resolution suggestions Knowledge article generation Chatbot and Virtual Agent enhancements
. Leverage AI Control Tower (AICT) for: Governance of AI models and use cases Monitoring AI performance, risk, and compliance
. Enable AIOps capabilities: Predictive intelligence Anomaly detection Root cause analysis
. Drive adoption of Agentic AI workflows and automation.
4. Integration & Automation
. Architect integrations using: REST/SOAP APIs MID Server Integration Hub / Flow Designer
. Build end to end automation workflows across IT operations.
. Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and monitoring systems.
5. Data, CMDB & Service Mapping
. Design and maintain a robust CMDB architecture.
. Implement Service Mapping for business service visibility.
. Ensure data quality, governance, and normalization.
. Align CMDB with Event Management and AIOps.
6. Governance & Best Practices
. Define platform governance, security, and compliance standards.
. Conduct architecture reviews and solution audits.
. Mentor developers and functional teams.
. Ensure alignment with ServiceNow CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
7. Stakeholder Collaboration
. Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership teams.
. Translate business requirements into technical architecture.
Provide strategic guidance on AI driven transformation and ServiceNow roadmap.
