Shift Details
- 5 working days with 2 rotational offs
- Rotational shifts including night shifts
Job Responsibilities
- Provide real-time interpretation between French and English during voice calls
- Facilitate smooth and accurate communication between clients and customers
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all conversations
- Handle customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards during interpretation
Eligibility Criteria
- Mandatory B2 Certification in French
- Candidates with B1 Certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience are also eligible
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- For foreign nationals, OCI is mandatory
