About the role:
A Service Coordinator acts as an advocate for their clients and provides information on how they can connect with a right person at a right time for complaint matters. In addition, they work as an intermediary between clients, often serving in a support role for them during difficult times. Service Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers and service engineers team, establishing coordination between them to fulfil customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:

Assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate resources and providers.

Planning and organizing travel schedule of service engineers including tickets booking, transport services and logistics bookings as and when required
-
Facilitating reservations and services and transportation including lodging and boarding of service engineer team.

Assess client issues and provide visit schedule to service engineers ensuring smooth process
-
Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs

Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base

Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office

Responsible to increase service revenue by different techniques.
Candidate Qualifications:

Fluency with all three languages such as : Hindi, Gujarati and English

Proficient in Typing

Accuracy and Attention to Detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and software programs

Excellent Customer Service and Problem Serving Skills

The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask

Preferred Qualification: Graduates / Bachelor’s Degree Holder

2-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required
