Guide and support students in Mathematics and English using the Kumon self-learning method. Assess students' abilities and assign worksheets according to their individual learning levels. Monitor student progress and provide personalized instruction to improve academic performance. Develop students' concentration, confidence, problem-solving skills, and independent learning habits. Evaluate completed worksheets, identify learning gaps, and provide corrective guidance. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and learning goals. Maintain student records, attendance, and achievement reports. Create a positive and encouraging learning environment for children of different age groups. Assist in conducting student assessments, enrollment procedures, and center activities. Support students in achieving Kumon milestones and program completion goals.
