We are looking for an experienced and passionate Furniture Sales Executive who understands furniture products, customer requirements, and can confidently guide customers from inquiry to order confirmation.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Explain product features, materials, finishes, fabrics, and customization options.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Handle customized furniture inquiries and coordinate with the production team.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on pending leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure smooth order execution.
- Keep the showroom well-organized, clean, and customer-ready at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the furniture industry is mandatory.
- Candidates must have worked in:
- Furniture showroom
- Furniture manufacturing company
- Modular furniture company
- Interior or furniture-related business
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of furniture materials, wood, plywood, laminates, upholstery, and hardware.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, billing software).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling customized furniture.
- Knowledge of modular furniture and premium furniture products.
- Ability to read basic furniture drawings and dimensions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Experience working with architects or interior designers will be an added advantage.
