We are looking for a creative and experienced Media Head to lead our media and content operations, with a strong focus on AI-powered content creation, digital media, social media, and brand communication. The candidate will be responsible for planning, producing, and managing engaging content across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the media, video, and content creation team.
- Develop and execute AI-driven media and content strategies for the brand.
- Plan, produce, and oversee videos, reels, promotional content, educational videos, and social media creatives.
- Use AI tools for video generation, editing, scripting, voiceovers, images, and content enhancement.
- Manage content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and ensure content aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Admissions, Academic, and Design teams for content requirements.
- Monitor social media trends, AI developments, and emerging digital content formats.
- Review and maintain the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all media content.
- Track content performance and use analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage media production schedules, campaigns, and project deadlines.
- Guide team members on AI-assisted content creation and modern media production techniques.
- Explore and implement new AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and content quality.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Video Production.
- Knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, and AI-based content tools will be an advantage.
- Experience in EdTech or the education sector is preferred.
