We are looking for a Student Coordinator cum Admin (Fresher) to support student coordination activities and day-to-day administrative operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are organized, communicative, and eager to build a career in the education and student services sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Coordination
- Assist students with inquiries and provide basic guidance regarding services and processes.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and counseling sessions.
- Maintain and update student records and databases.
- Support the admissions and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with counselors, faculties, and operations teams to ensure smooth student support.
Administrative Support
- Manage daily administrative and office coordination tasks.
- Maintain files, documents, and records in both digital and physical formats.
- Prepare reports and update data in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Support management with routine administrative activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
