About the Role
Raveshia Realty is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team for a 6-month internship. This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate marketing, branding, digital campaigns, content creation, event coordination, and lead generation. The internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, agencies, and internal teams for marketing initiatives.
- Support the management of social media accounts, including content scheduling and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
- Assist in organizing project launches, promotional events, exhibitions, and site visits.
- Prepare presentations, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support lead generation activities and maintain marketing databases.
- Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
