Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and customization options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom growth.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads to maximize sales conversions.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep updated on product knowledge, market trends, and promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales; experience in furniture, home décor, interiors, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Good negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with billing or order management systems.
- Graduation preferred; candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
