As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for software products and services across different platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, addressing issues as they arise and ensuring that all systems operate within established models and processes. Your role will also include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, implementing technology solutions, and collaborating with team members to enhance system performance and reliability.

- Familiarity with operating system-level implementations across various platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
