Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring maximum machine uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Install, commission, and maintain production equipment.
- Ensure maximum machine availability with minimum downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and machine history.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory for maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve machine-related issues promptly.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting production machinery.
- Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
