We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant cum Corporate HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both plant HR and corporate HR operations.
Factory location - Jalan Complex Gate 1, NH-6, Biprannapara, Jangalpur, Lane 3, Howrah – 711411
Key Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance
- Experience in Plant HR Operations
- Attendance, payroll coordination & employee engagement
- Recruitment & onboarding activities
- Handling disciplinary issues and employee relations
- Knowledge of compliance documentation and audit support
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in manufacturing/Plant environment preferred
- Ability to manage workforce and corporate HR activities together
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
