We're looking for a passionate Content Creator who can transform ideas into engaging visual and written content that captures attention and delivers results.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and develop creative ideas for Reels, Shorts, and viral social media content.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and storytelling-based content.
- Capture photos and videos during client shoots and office activities.
- Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Design basic creatives, carousels, and story posts using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing strategists to execute campaigns.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of client content.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to improve content quality and productivity.
Required Skills
- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and CapCut (Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to work on multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude).
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and UGC content.
- Experience in content planning and scripting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, Design, or a related field.
- Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in content creation is preferred.
