Job Summary
The Retail Sales Officer (RSO) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, achieving sales targets, and promoting jewellery products while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and showroom presentation. The candidate must have experience in the jewellery retail industry and possess strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Engagement
- Welcome customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their purchase journey.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Generate repeat business through excellent customer relationship management.
- Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Jewellery Product Expertise
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and gemstone jewellery.
- Explain product specifications, purity, certification, making charges, and pricing details.
- Stay updated on new collections, designs, and industry trends.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Capture customer information and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers for purchases, deliveries, and special occasions.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Jewellery Retail Sales.
- Knowledge of jewellery retail operations will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
