We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of sports and experiential projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and assist in delivering tailored solutions and experiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Production, Operations, and Sales for seamless project execution.
- Support planning and execution of sports events and experiential projects while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure a smooth experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to ensure alignment across teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in managing contracts, invoicing coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve workflow efficiency and reporting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Client Servicing, Sports, Events, Media, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Basic understanding of sports event execution and client management.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and presentation tools.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
