Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize vehicle sales.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage showroom sales operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for seamless customer delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve their product knowledge and selling skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in automobile sales is mandatory.
- Experience in managing a sales team and achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
