Specialist Technical Skills
As a Process Mechanical Lead Engineer in Biotech and or Bio API and or Fill Finish, candidate should possess following as a minimum 12 Yrs of experience: · Should possess knowledge in carrying out basic and detailed engineering work · Should possess knowledge of Package Item in Biotech / API/OSD /Fill Finish (USP & DSP equipment) Facility Like Fermentation, Bioreactors, TFF, Chromatography, Centrifuge, Sterilisers, Filling Lines, ANFD, RCVD, Shifter, Mill, FBD, HSM etc. · Should be able to understand Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) · Should be able to prepare Equipment datasheets · Preparation of technical specification and technical data sheet for various equipment · Checking of vendor drawings/design w.r.t. specification/design parameters, Able to achieve target with quality norms.
Speciality skills Technical and Development · Performing process engineering calculations like heat & mass balance, Utility sizing, Thermal rating of heat exchangers and hydraulics ·
Reviewing all aspects of design and construction for consistency and safety, including leading HAZOP and PHA Reviews ·
Breadth of experience across multiple technical disciplines.
Understand project technical elements.
Understand project processes and how disciplines interact.
Co-ordination of people and processes.
