Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional - Trading Purchase to oversees end-to-end procurement, import operations, and supply chain activities for products and spare parts. The role is responsible for supplier sourcing, purchase order management, customs clearance, and logistics management. The incumbent will ensure timely material availability, inventory optimization and cost-effective procurement through effective vendor and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, and purchase order processing.Identify, evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery and service.
- Coordinate international purchases, Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation, and banking requirements.Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor shipment schedules, freight arrangements, and import logistics activities.
- Handle customs clearance processes, BOE documentation, duty payments, and regulatory compliance.
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare landed cost calculations, stock reports, pipeline reports, and inventory analysis.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal stakeholders for smooth material flow.
- Ensure timely material receipt, quality clearance, stocking, and commercial documentation processing.
- Prepare management reports and resolve procurement, logistics, and supply chain-related issues proactively.
Education :
B.E / B. Tech / Dip : Mech / ECE
Experience :
Must have 5 to 10 years of experience in Relevent Field.
