About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Back Office Executive to support the
operational, compliance, and transaction management functions of the Blockmaze ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day back-office operations,
customer account verification, transaction monitoring, merchant support, reporting, and
coordination with internal teams.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in fintech, payments, forex, crypto, banking, or
operational support environments.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Support

Process and maintain customer account records, merchant accounts, and operational

documentation.

Verify customer onboarding documents including KYC/KYB submissions.

Support account creation, approval workflows, profile updates, and operational changes.

Maintain accurate records in internal systems, CRM, and operational dashboards.Transaction & Payment Operations

Monitor deposits, withdrawals, settlements, and transaction flows across platforms.

Investigate failed, delayed, or pending transactions and coordinate with relevant teams

for resolution.

Reconcile daily operational data, payment records, and platform activity.

Ensure operational accuracy in wallet balances, settlements, and transaction logs.
Compliance & Risk Support

Assist in reviewing customer documentation for compliance checks.

Identify unusual activity, duplicate accounts, or suspicious transaction patterns and

escalate to compliance teams.

Support AML, fraud prevention, and risk monitoring processes.
Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with customer support, compliance, finance, product, and technology teams
