CDA Academy is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented candidates for the role of Business Development Trainee. This is a performance-driven training program designed for freshers who are passionate about communication, sales, and career guidance. Candidates will be trained to connect with learners, understand their educational needs, and assist them in choosing the right programs offered by CDA Academy.
The role includes target-based responsibilities and offers attractive incentives based on performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Connect with prospective learners through calls, messages, and online platforms.
- Understand learner requirements, career aspirations, and recommend suitable courses.
- Guide learners through the enrolment process and explain the benefits of CDA Academy programs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure conversions and smooth onboarding.
- Share regular performance updates and pipeline reports with the team lead.
