- Generate leads through calls, references, and field work
- Follow up with prospective clients on a daily basis
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct property site visits
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
- Negotiate and close property deals
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate for booking, documentation, and handover process
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up records
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements & Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in the field
- Target-oriented and self-motivate
- Knowledge of Thane real estate market is a plus
