Senior NPD Engineer;
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful products.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, ASTM).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the machinery/Machining industry
- Background in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly).
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) tools.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and eco-design principles.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
