Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver medicines, healthcare products, and other customer orders safely and on time.
- Verify delivery details and ensure accurate order handover to customers.
- Collect cash, digital payments, or required documents during deliveries when applicable.
- Maintain delivery records and obtain customer signatures or delivery confirmations.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service.
- Inspect delivery items before dispatch and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Coordinate with pharmacy staff and store personnel regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines while performing deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
- Assist with packing, sorting, and organizing orders when required.
- Report delivery issues, customer feedback, and operational concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information and prescription-related documents.
- Support store operations as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Valid driving license and good driving record.
- Ability to use smartphones and navigation applications.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
