- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Enter orders correctly into the POS system.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Ensure correct food is served to the right table.
- Prepare and present accurate bills.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments properly.
- Follow company procedures for billing and settlements.
- Set up tables with clean linens, cutlery, and glassware.
- Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave.
- Assist in opening and closing duties.
- Refill condiments, napkins, and service supplies.
- Support team members during busy hours.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
