About the role
IT Asset Management & Governance
-
Define and lead the enterprise ITAM strategy, governance framework, policies, and operating model.

Manage the complete lifecycle of software, hardware, and cloud assets across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.

Drive software license compliance, optimization, audit readiness, vendor governance, and asset lifecycle management.
-
Establish enterprise KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
ServiceNow ITAM Leadership
-
Lead implementation, enhancement, and governance of ServiceNow ITAM, including SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, Software Normalization, and Asset Workspaces.

Ensure high-quality asset visibility through integrations with cloud platforms, procurement, identity management, and endpoint management tools.

Drive ITAM process standardization and automation across the organization.
Cloud FinOps (Hybrid Cloud & Azure)
-
Establish and mature the organization's FinOps capability across hybrid cloud environments (Private and Public), with primary responsibility for Microsoft Azure.
-
Drive budgeting, forecasting, chargeback/showback, tagging governance, cost allocation, rightsizing, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cloud financial governance.

Partner with Cloud Engineering and Finance teams to optimize cloud investments while maintaining performance and business value.
AI & Tokenomics
-
Drive adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation within ITAM and FinOps.
-
Define and implement Tokenomics governance, including AI token consumption monitoring, allocation, budgeting, optimization, and chargeback for enterprise AI services.

Identify AI-driven opportunities for license optimization, cloud cost reduction, anomaly detection, predictive forecasting, and operational automation.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor a high-performing ITAM and FinOps team.
-
Collaborate with CIO, Finance, Procurement, Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Application teams to deliver strategic technology initiatives.

Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
About you
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
-
10–15+ years of IT experience, including significant leadership experience in IT Asset Management and Cloud FinOps.
-
Proven experience implementing enterprise-wide ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
-
Strong experience managing Hybrid Cloud environments, with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure.

Experience leading enterprise governance, transformation, and cross-functional programs.Required Skills & Expertise
