Job Description

We are looking for a Lead AI Developer with 5–6 years of experience to drive our AI initiatives and build scalable, production-ready intelligent systems. This role goes beyond development—you will define AI architecture, lead a team of developers, and bring structure to how AI solutions are designed, deployed, and improved over time.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn advanced AI concepts into practical business solutions while mentoring developers and promoting continuous learning across the team.

Skills

Key Skills

Strong proficiency in Python, including frameworks like FastAPI, Pydantic, and AsyncIO.
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI.
Deep understanding of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model evaluation techniques.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Working knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
