About the Role
The Master Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs on digital literacy, soft skills, and financial literacy for youth. The role involves developing training content, building the capacity of trainers, monitoring training quality, and ensuring effective learning outcomes across project locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on digital literacy, soft skills, and financial literacy for youth
- Develop, review, and update training content, modules, and learning materials
- Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) and provide ongoing guidance to trainers
- Ensure standardization and quality of training delivery across project locations
- Assess learning outcomes through evaluations, assessments, and feedback
- Support implementation of training plans and ensure timely completion of training schedules
- Coordinate with project teams, training centres, and stakeholders for smooth execution of training activities
- Conduct monitoring visits to assess training quality and provide coaching to trainers
- Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and documentation
- Prepare training reports, presentations, and progress updates for the project team
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant learning methodologies into training programs
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Management, Education, Computer Applications, Commerce, or related field preferred)
- 5–7 years of experience in training and capacity building
- Experience in delivering Digital Literacy, Soft Skills, and Financial Literacy training programs
- Experience in Training of Trainers (ToT) is preferred
- Experience working with youth development or skill development programs will be an advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
