Job Summary
BZA Manpower Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly organized Administrative & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, handle documentation, coordinate with clients and candidates, maintain records, and support various operational processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client and candidate inquiries through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Manage and verify candidate documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain company files, databases, and operational reports.
- Follow up with clients, candidates, and external service providers regarding ongoing processes.
- Assist in document collection, verification, and submission for manpower-related services.
- Coordinate interviews, appointments, and operational schedules.
- Maintain office records, correspondence, and confidential company documents.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments for seamless workflow.
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Administration, Operations, Documentation, Office Management, Manpower Consultancy, or a related field.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Telugu is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Professional attitude with good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manpower consultancy or overseas recruitment support operations.
- Knowledge of candidate documentation and verification processes.
- Familiarity with passport and visa documentation procedures will be an added advantage.
