Role Summary
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across office, plant and project site functions by sourcing, screening and hiring quality talent within defined timelines. The role is responsible for building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting the organization's manpower requirements through efficient recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across office, plant and project site functions.
- Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads and the HR Manager.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, employee referrals, social media, consultants and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess communication skills, cultural fit, stability and overall suitability.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer roll-out, document collection, joining formalities and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, interview feedback and hiring trackers.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, joining ratio and offer acceptance rate.
- Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; MBA (HR) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for Construction, Manufacturing, EPC, Industrial or Engineering organizations will be preferred.
