About the Role
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development professional who can identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help grow Shining Cloud’s business. This role is ideal for someone who understands client needs, communicates clearly, and can convert conversations into long-term partnerships.
You will work closely with leadership, creative teams, and project managers to bring in meaningful business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and approach potential clients (developers, architects, brands, agencies)
- Generate new business through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking
- Pitch Shining Cloud’s services clearly and confidently
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- Act as the main point of contact from lead to closure
Proposals & Closures
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates
- Negotiate commercials and close deals in alignment with company goals
- Ensure smooth handover to the project execution team
Market Research & Strategy
- Track industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
- Suggest new service offerings or improvements based on market feedback
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand creative and technical services
- Confidence in client-facing roles
- Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated
- Professional conduct and ethical approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in business development or sales
- Experience in real estate, architecture, media, or creative services is a plus
