- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, achieve financial targets, and control costs.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Analyze financial reports, create budgets, and forecast sales and expenses.
- Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the restaurant and drive customer engagement.
