Training Videos : Plan, script, record, and edit product walkthroughs, onboarding tutorials, feature demos, and advanced use-case videos.
Content Strategy : Develop and enforce documentation standards, templates, style guides, and content structure across products.
Product Collaboration : Work with Product Engineering, and Support teams to ensure documentation accuracy and timely updates aligned with releases.
Content Maintenance : Update documentation and videos with every product enhancement or UI change.
User Enablement : Improve customer onboarding, self-service adoption, and reduce repetitive support tickets through effective content.
Feedback & Analytics : Use customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve documentation quality and effectiveness.
