Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and develop conveyor systems and components, ensuring functionality, reliability, and manufacturability.
Create detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Conduct analyses and simulations for design verification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and sales, to ensure alignment on project requirements and objectives.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, design reports, and engineering drawings.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff. Perform design reviews and present concepts to stakeholders.
Continuously seek innovative solutions to improve product performance and reduce costs. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance design processes.
Guide, mentor, and manage the design team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. More than 7 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, preferably in conveyor systems or related machinery.
Proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Project management experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
