Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Engineer to develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models and project documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Revit, BIM coordination, and multidisciplinary project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop BIM models and documentation to LOD 300–400 standards.
- Produce accurate 2D drawings and shop drawings from BIM models.
- Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, and BIM teams.
- Participate in clash detection and resolve model conflicts.
- Update models based on design changes and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEPs, and quality requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and support workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of BIM modeling experience, including 2+ years in a senior role.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes.
- Experience in large-scale projects is preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
