What would you be doing here?
- Serve as the single point of contact for scheduling and coordination of internal and external operations, including managing interactions across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of video recordings and content production activities.
- Proactively coordinate with faculty members to block recording slots, facilitate studio schedules, and support transport and logistics requirements.
- Work closely with faculty and the internal content team to provide content-related support and ensure smooth post-production processes.
- Manage external vendors and coordinate activities related to invoices, reimbursements, payments, and operational support services.
- Collaborate with the video production and post-production teams to ensure seamless recording workflows, timely delivery, and quality assurance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational challenges in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
- Drive project execution by managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed as planned.
- Maintain strong coordination across teams to ensure operational efficiency and smooth execution of business priorities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
