Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all on-site civil works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and work checklists.
- Ensure quality of materials and workmanship through regular inspections and testing.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to achieve daily and weekly project targets.
- Assist in preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), quantity estimations, and material reconciliations.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain proper documentation of site activities.
- Ensure implementation of site safety measures and good housekeeping practices.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and clients for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications.
- Support project planning by preparing work schedules and monitoring project timelines.
- Resolve technical issues at site in coordination with senior engineers and project managers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in site execution of civil construction projects.
- Strong experience in Institutional, Educational, Commercial, or Residential Building Projects.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, engineering drawings, and building codes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage labor teams and contractors.

- Flexible to work at various project locations across the Pune region.
Preference:
- Candidates residing in Kothrud, Bavdhan, Warje, Karve Nagar, Erandwane, Deccan, and nearby Pune locations will be preferred.
