- Provide specialized nursing care to newborns, especially premature or medically fragile babies, at home.
- Monitor the baby's vital signs, weight, feeding, and overall growth and development.
- Administer prescribed medications, oxygen therapy, and other treatments as directed by the doctor.
- Assist with feeding through breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or tube feeding when required.
- Maintain strict infection control by following proper hand hygiene and sterilization practices.
- Observe and promptly report any signs of illness, breathing difficulty, or changes in the baby's condition.
- Educate and support parents on newborn care, feeding, medication, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain accurate records of nursing care, medications, feeding schedules, and the baby's progress.
- Ensure the home environment is safe, clean, and suitable for the baby's recovery and well-being.
- Coordinate with the pediatrician and other healthcare professionals to provide continuous, high-quality care.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,026.50 per month
