Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Solar EPC Professional to join our growing renewable energy team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Solar EPC projects, channel partner management, EPC sales, and coordination with DISCOM authorities. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing project execution, and ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop channel partners across Delhi-NCR and Uttar Pradesh.
- Drive EPC sales and business development activities to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with DISCOM authorities for approvals, subsidy applications, and net metering processes.
- Conduct site surveys and coordinate project execution activities.
- Manage relationships with vendors, installers, and other project stakeholders.
- Handle end-to-end customer relationship management, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project planning and execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in the Solar EPC or Renewable Energy industry.
- Proven experience in channel partner management and EPC sales.
- Strong network in Delhi-NCR and Uttar Pradesh markets.
- Experience working with EPC contractors, installers, and channel partners.
- Sound understanding of DISCOM approvals, subsidy schemes, and net metering processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in rooftop solar or C&I solar projects will be an added advantage.
Location Preference: Candidates based in Delhi-NCR or willing to travel across the region will be preferred.

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹47,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram)
