Chindalia Industrial Products Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the manufacturing or hydraulic industry and be well-versed in tender management, quotation preparation, customer coordination, and sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end tendering process through Government and Private tender portals.
- Search, identify, and track relevant tenders on various procurement platforms.
- Prepare and submit quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), Work Orders, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, and required documentation.
- Follow up with customers for quotation status, order confirmations, and closures.
- Manage email communication with customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of tenders, quotations, purchase orders, work orders, and customer correspondence.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination, reporting, and administrative activities.
- Ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Tender Executive, Sales Support Executive, or similar role.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing, industrial equipment, or hydraulic industry is mandatory.
- Good understanding of Government and Private tender portals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM software is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of industrial products, hydraulic tools, or engineering equipment.
- Experience in preparing commercial offers and handling customer documentation.
- Excellent follow-up and client coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
